Whom is the Special Education Program For ? :
Children who are different in terms of physical, mental, behavioral, and social characteristics, and whose intellectual abilities are different from the average of other normal children, are called special children or children with special needs. The main point is that the mental characteristics, sensitivity, speech and communication characteristics, behavior and emotional development characteristics, and physical characteristics ofa special child are different from those of a normal child. Therefore, a special education system is needed for the development of these children’s own skills.
Special Education Program: The education that combines special arrangements to meet the needs of special children is called special education. In this education system, education is provided using special materials, environment, techniques, or methods keeping in mind the child’s needs, requirements, and characteristics.
